AMMA had a great time Europa! Congratulations to everyone who competed and thanks to everyone else who came out and cheered! Besides tapping people out, everyone who went also came home with bags full of supplements, protein, preworkout, aminos and all kinds of other goodies to boost an athletes performance. But enough about that, here’s how we did.
AMMA took 18 competitors, men, women and children.
Overall our team placed 9th and we brought home 14 medals.
